Step 1
PREPARE. We are covering the edges of the dress with bias binding. These edges need no seam allowance, mark 5/8" off the pattern at neckline, center back, and armholes. Cut out the pattern piece, on the fold. Cut long 1" bias strips, enough for neckline, both sides of the center back, and both armholes. *Note: I'm only doing half for the purposes of demonstration. I'm also using hot pink thread for the purposes of demonstration!
