These are very important accesories to the costume. For the gloves, buy white gloves and then sew red ribbon diagonally on the wrist-place of the gloves then sew on a moon in the middle. Then sew very thick ribbon like you did on the sleeves on the top of the gloves. The gloves must be elbow-length so you can have space in between the gloves and sleeves. As you can see, Sailor Moon has hairclips on hair and on the top of the gloves by the ribbon there are those same hairclips there. Those hairclips can be bought on ebay, buy two pairs (one for the hair and one for the gloves) or you can make them out of foam. Whichever way works.
