How to make an elastic neckline using the Burda Sadie pattern as a guide

Technique Materials

Stretchy cotton knit (about a yard or less; it's just a front and back), about 26" of 1/8" elastic (adjust to preference)

This looks so cool! and since you gathered the neckline, you created fluttery sleeves at the same time! Thanks for the how-to, I’ve only known how to do this with a readymade pattern before, but now I can make my own :)
