I was working on my first wedding dress and the lace the bride chose was a very pretty slightly off white color. The border on the lace wasn't going to work to trim the neckline with so I bought some white trim that was perfect but it was a little white. I needed to make it just a LITTLE darker so here is how I tinted it with tea. Technique Materials

lace trim and a bag of Earl Grey tea and a clean bowl.

I learned this method with my grandmother, it’s fantastic. I use it to dye some fabrics to give an effect of old looking.
