If you are drafting the shoulder seam variant, proceed, if not, skip to the next step. Measure and mark the location (as point "U") a distance of 0,75 cm (1/4") to the left of point "P". Now draw a curved line from point "V", passing through point "U" and arriving at point "D". This is the front armhole seam (shown as a dashed line in the diagram). If you are planning on making a jacket, locate the point "U" a distance of 1 cm (3/8") to the left of point "P", rather than 0,75 cm (1/4").
