We used this method on the underskirt only of <a href="http://www.burdastyle.com/creations/show/22401"> Nora’s gown</a>, since the silk shantung of the outer skirt had enough body on it’s own, but we wanted the silk charmeuse underskirt to have it’s own buoyancy.
