This is a basic A-line Skirt that I made for my mother. This was my first project and it makes for a very good first project. This skirt has three main parts, one panel in the front and two panels in the back.

Cotton Pique - 1.5 yards Fusible Interfacing Sewing Thread to match the Fabric Basting Thread in a Contrasting Color Zipper - 7" in length in a color to match the fabric Hook and Eye Closure
