I’ve been on the hunt for pattern paper in local stores. I can buy it in stores in NYC, but I moved out to Pittsburgh, PA and can no longer find it. :( Joann’s said they carried it but were out of stock. Anyone have luck finding any in stores?

really informational! but I have a question regarding this: where do I get dotted pattern paper over the internet? preferrably from germany, so shipping costs aren’t as high. I’ve been looking for it forever, because you are so right, it just makes things way easier! would be great if anyone could help :)

here’s a list from Apparel Search
I’ve bought from South Star Supplies
I’ve bought some things on Craigs List and they came from Vecchiarelli Bros but haven’t ordered directly from them

I agree with Adys, too – I’m making a presentation for my Spoken Fluency class – about sewing:-) – and this is very helpful!

What do you put in a tailors ham?
A pattern shape for those would be a dream come true!!
(a bit over-dramatic, but it would be nice wouldn’t it?)

this is great not just because of its informational purpose but also as a sewing tools vocabulary source for members whose mother tongue is not English, thanks :)
