I wanted to have one sheet for reference that I could keep in a binder or post in my sewing area. This information was taken from the BurdaStyle website and has room under the measurements for notes (if the chart is used for more than one person or to identify preferred measurements for different types/styles) and plenty of room off to the side for more notes too.
Prints out on a standard sheet of copy paper. Can be found/printed from http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AmN1Brdj0bsGdHdkOWNjVlhLdDRWN19xOEw5WVFJOGc&hl=en&authkey=CO31yIEH

Why does the size chart on the envelope list different US sizes from the size chart found online here (as of June 2010)? IE a Burda 40 is either a size 8 or a size 14 US.
