Circle ruffles are my favorite, for some reason. I think they’re fun and fancy. And you don’t have to do any gathering; it’s all in the geometry. Draw two concentric circles. The inside circle will be the top edge/length of your ruffle. You can use fancy geometry to figure out this length, or you can sew many circles together/cut a full circle apart to get the desired length. Cut out your circles, as shown. Baby hem the outer edge.

Ive always been so interested in the circle ruffles.I tried it,but for some reason it just didn’t work out.However,this tutorial has made it seemso simple,I am forced to try it again…not like I wasnt going to anyway lol.

oooh, i rely like the circle ruffle and think it will look grate as the ruffle for a project im about to start work on as soon as i get some fabric (awaiting my birthday money ;) )
