This dress was made (in rather a rush!) for a university masquerade ball using Burda pattern 12/2011 Satin evening gown #123. I’m fairly pleased with the way it turned out, although the pattern made it a bit unclear what I should do with the raw edges at the neckline. I used a lightweight purple taffeta and 16" invisible zip.
