The skirt was made by creating knife pleats with white cotton fabric. Black satin ribbon “keys”.
The waist gunmetal 2" sequin trim.

I created the giant shoulders by stacking 3 shoulder pads on top of each other, sewing them and then sewing the same gunmetal sequin trim to them. Then draped black/silver chains. They are attached to a jacket I already owned.

I added 1" mirror squares to a black bra.
