I used Batman’s classic costume (The Adventures of Batman, 1969) as inspiration for this outfit
grey tank, yellow utility belt, blue bat cape.

the skirt is a simple elastic band circle skirt made with Batman fabric, of course :)
I couldn’t find any colored elastic, so I dyed the elastic yellow at home and it turned out great.

the bat wings/cape I made from a tutorial I found on the web.
I used rayon instead of spandex though.
I just hemmed around the edges so it doesn’t fray

I had enough scraps to made a matching headband too
