The shell pocket is a lovely detail and fun to make. The wrap top uses vintage techniques. The pattern piece looks so strange and it morphs into this lovely ballet style wrap top.

I used the burdastyle Jenny skirt waistband – my favourite waistband for a fantastic fit on the waist.
