I recently bought the vintage inspired issue of the dutch sewing magazine Knip and to ring in summer I made up the lovely skirt and blouse combination that is featured on the magazine cover. Knip patterns seam to fit me quite well and no alterations were necessary, it was a fun and quick project. I used a white polka-dotted cotton and vintage buttons for the blouse a pretty light brown poly wool mix for the skirt. On the day that I took these pictures I really lucked out – I saw a rainbow and found a truly amazing vintage handbag that is covered with feathers :-)
