I created this pattern last summer after seeing all the magazines full of what I call “fluffy” skirts. I can’t get enough of the girliness of these….but you can still be edgy, depending on your accessories! Obviously, from my avatar, I’m not a super edgy gal, but I sell these to a lot of “edgies” and they look, shall I say…‘rockin’!
