Blouse: I recently tested the Crescent Blouse for Megan Nielsen Patterns and here is my variation. I used a semi sheer silk cotton, and chose the version with the curved hems and little collar (there’s a collarless tunic length one too). It was a really enjoyable sew, the instructions were great as can be expected of MN patterns and I especially love how it’s finished around the collar and button closures.
Leggings: These are my second pair of leggings ever and I decided to try out a new pattern to see if it was a better fit than the last. I used Burdastyle leggings pattern and can really recommend it. It’s got extra long legs so you get that little ankle ruching, which I like. And they’re extra high. I can almost pull it up to my bra! But being winter in oz right now, I don’t mind a bit of Harry High Pants. The fabric is a rayon lycra jersey, and it’s the most delicous knit fabric I’ve ever laid eyes on. A very random Etsy find.
