With a modern and flattering cut, Ginger Jeans are the daily staple you€™ll reach for again and again. View A features a comfortable low rise with narrow stovepipe legs.
0-20. I`ve made them in size 6 with size 10 back pockets
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, very easy. There is also a sewalong about this jeans
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
No dislikes. Is a nice pattern , well designed , I like all the classic jeans elements, and I made almost no changes so that is actually what I liked the most.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I did reinforced the back pockets and the back belt loops on the inside with cotton.
Made size 6 and I raised the waist a little , based on a pair of jeans that I really like.
The legs are a little twisted , not from cutting bu I`ve made an error with sewing the front pockets. Well I can live with that.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?Yes and Yes. I have one pair cut already and I am definitely going to make more.
The pictures are not the best, made after one hour of sitting but I am very happy with this jeans.

I experienced this jeans as really fun making also because I used an old sewing machine for putting the pieces together and my standard machine for the topstitching, that was really nice as I did not had to change the thread every time.
Also the tops are “me made”. I used the Renfrew from Sewaholic, love them both and they get a lot of wear.
