I essentially let the fabric dictate the design for this top/mini caftan dress. By just making a few seams, a hole for the head opening, and tiny little hems at the sides and bottom, I was able to make this in a few hours for a fashion show I was part of. It took the least amount of time to make, and had the biggest impact at the show.
I even whipped out a one shoulder version of the style (see photo). This was a big success too!
