This is a quite wildly hacked version of the True Bias Ogden Cami pattern. I lengthened it into a dress and reduced the flare from the side seams to give it a slimmer cut. I took inspiration from a camisole I saw on Pinterest and used my satin lining to create a border around the neckline. This made for a very challenging sew which I go into more detail about over on my blog here https://chainstitcher.blogspot.co.uk/2016/12/christmas-velvet-slip-dress.html. Both the velvet and satin were from Fabrics for Sale and I just love the way they shimmer like silver. Perfect for my Christmas party!
