I like this version! I think I will do mine without the belt loops too.

Thank you all for your kind comments. I am so excited when I read comments about my dress. :)

Foxydot – if you use a very soft fabric, the pleats won’t bunch too much.

Raiye – don’t be afraid of patterns, they only bite a bit.

This is so cute! I wish I had the legs for it….hrmm…what about Zoe as a knee-length? Will the pleats bunch too much?

The wool is awesome…no lining? Hangs great anyway! Good job!

It looks great! I want to do this pattern for a winter dress, but I think I’ll wait to the fall, right now I’m into Spring clothes. But every time I see a Zoe I wonder if I should reconsider. But I’ll wait…

I love this. I want to try the Zoe, even bought some fabric, but I have an unnatural fear of patterns :-)

That is adorable !!! I love Burda patterns. I have been sewing nearly 50 years and I only started using Burda last year. Now I LOVE them. You do beautiful work. Happy Sewing :) Janet
