This is a PDF pattern for a pleated skirt. It is cleverly designed so that the pleats form belt loops over the waist yoke. I tested the pattern and blogged about it at http://sewnbyangela.blogspot.ie/2014/03/sewing-first-skirt-for-me-introducing.html There is a sewalong ongoing at “stepalica.blogspot.com” http://stepalica.blogspot.ie/2014/03/zlata-sewalong-fabric-recommendations.html
I used a cotton poplin from “LibertyofLondon” which worked very well for this pattern as it holds pleats and is easy to sew. The stitched ribbon trim is from Jane Means http://www.janemeans.com/salmon-pink-stitched-ribbon-15mm-p-860.html
