Lined, zippered pouches using 7 inch zippers and contrasting fabrics, along with interfacing. Some styles are square, rectangular or rounded. The gusset style is a larger bag (looks like a cosmetics bag).
I use these for: jewelry; storing items in safety deposit box; passports; cosmetics or medications; misc. purse items, such as lipstick and a mirror; scarf for travel.
Outer and lining fabrics are cotton. I used a variety of interfacing types. For thin, small bags I used sew-in lining that is the same weight as the fabric. For the medium square and the gusset pouches, I use Pellon, a thick, sturdy sew-in interfacing. The zippers are standard 7 inch zippers in contrasting or matching colors.
