I bought the stamp in a stationery store in Shinjuku, they come as a wide piece of rubber stamps with all the letters. I just cut my chosen letters and arranged them on a piece of eraser. These type of stamps are pretty common in Japan, though. You can see a picture of it in my blog post here: http://verypurplestuffs.blogspot.com/2009/10/another-striped-t-shirt.html
