A brooch made from a 60 cm metal zipper.
Inspired by some works I’ve seen on the web and by skwarynia’s projects I finally decided to come up with my own zipper brooch.
The back side is still a bit messy but I’m satisfied with the result, being the first attempt.

Thanks for letting me know!:) Your brooch has lovely shape! Really great job, and it must took a while… But I can see thread… to avoid this you must compress the zipper harder. I used glue [superglue] and it worked. Firstly use thread, and then tighten using glue. SO use glue in the middle of your brooch, where zipper meets, this helps to take a shape. Or if you want to, you could cut out similar shape of plastic and just glue on this brooch- it will be stiff:) Anyway congrats! And inspiring shape:)
