I made this dress as a gift for my cousin’s daughter. When i saw the zebra fabric i knew it was perfect for this project. I made it from the Simplicity 2459 pattern. The bows were made with doubleface satin ribbon and the contrast fabric with poplin with lace trim. It was my first time sewing in button holes, i thought it required a lot more work. I don’t know if anyone has this pattern but mine stated that the dress required four buttons, don’t know if it was a typo, but the dress actually needed six buttons. Just a heads up to anyone who plans to make this. This dress was a fast and easy pattern.
