Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This wide bottom skirt fits snugly at the top and has a foldover band. The fabric is soft and has great drape. Because of the weight of the skirt fabric, I added narrow elastic at the waistband attachment for support.

I really like how it drapes at the bottom. The elastic at the waistband is a good idea, I also made a foldover jersey skirt that I love (but keeps sidling down my hips when I walk!) I may add elastic like you did.
