I made this some years ago already, it’s the same pattern as lauriana used from the showstudio website. i absolutely love this piece and can only recommend the pattern. it might seem confusing at first how the pieces get together, but it’s just a slightly different aproach and really simple to make.

Thanks for adding instructions on how to put it together, now I dare to try making it! Yours is really nice, I love the colour (actually, that I think of it, I have an old Japanese cardigan made for wearing underneath kimono in winter, in exactily that bright red colour).
