This skirt was made out of curtains, you normally see those things in kitchens or something. It was a experiment, and I am quite happy with the outcome. it is not the easiest skirt to wear because I dont really know what to wear with it (blouse, knit top?… any suggestions???)
it was tricky to match the scallops (?)!!! this was a time consuming part, omg!
the skirt pattern (lining) was burda 7354 (GREAT PENCIL SKIRT PATTERN, btw)
kitchen curtains, lining in champagne color, zip

This is really stunning and unique. I love the ribbon. This would be a fun skirt to experiment with different styles! Play around with it and have fun…isn’t that what fashion is all about? :)

I think it’s awesome. If people comment to the contrary, tell them it’s fusion fashion! :-)
