Description

Stretch cotton shirt with button opening in the back.

I used a special button foot to attach buttons…and I LOVED it!!! All seven buttons in the back were attached in a minute!!

      I draped my own pattern, but it’s just a basic princess seam bodice. I think you can also use the top part of McCall’s 6599 (but I would adjust the shoulder seam—cutting off 1/2" from the armhole side. also, adding 1/2" to the center back in you want buttons in the back. my top also has 2" slits on both sides of bottom hem) Hope that helps… Happy Sewing!! :)
