Wish It Was York...
I made this one or two summers ago and wore it to a wedding (not only, to a wedding, but that was the first occasion).
I altered the skirt part a little so that I could use seven pieces of fabric instead of two really big ones. I also ommited the pleats in the back and there are some seams hidden in the front pleats.
The shoes I wore for the wedding were the same colour as zhe zipper – purple. I like the contrast :)
It was a bit windy the day I took the pictures, so it is not only creased, but you also can’t see the shape of the pleats that well. It’s a nice a-line silhouette.
