I fell in love with this fabric last summer and guess what… it was in sale, 3 meters for the price of 1.
This is a bubble skirt with a hem band ( a bit tight when you sit ), simple halter top with a big bow. Fully lined with cotton. I got compliments when I wore it and I’m very proud of that dress.
