Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This is almost exactly on pattern with the Burda 8186bur men’s vest pattern.Also, added in a bow tie from the scraps from a variation of Burda’s free bow tie pattern (it’s on here somewhere, available for download). The main material is a really amazing cashmere that I wouldn’t have bought if I realized how expensive it was before they cut it. I added some darts at the shoulders to fit my measurements better and added lots of buttons to give it that old-timey look. It is super warm, I’ve been wearing it all winter.
