I found this fabric at a yard sale. It was scraps from someones project. The dress is a copy of one that my daughter is growing out of. I like the dress so much I wanted another.
The fabric is cotton and a satin ribbon for the sash. The buttons are from a shirt that was scrapped and the facing in the dress is a pillowcase.

Gotta love good yard sale finds!!! I got a bolt of fabric with 5 yards on it (Curtain or cushion fabric) for $5.00 for the whole bolt!!!!

I plan on making some simple curtains for my sewing room or for my closet in there, not sure yet but there is enough fabric maybe for both…lol
