Burda Patterns Wrapped Blouse 04/2013 #119
Used size 42 for top, 44 for below waist. The arm opening was very tight, I had to enlarge it by 1/2cm.
Also the pouffy sleeve didn’t work for me, so I rounded up the sleeve top and removed about 3cm width at the side seams. This allowed me to attach the band with no further pleating in the sleeve.
Front is cut very low and this needs a tank top underneath. Sadly, this was something I noticed when I was almost done, so there was nothing I could do about it.
Pattern tells you to buy 1,4m double width fabric for size 42 and 44. I found I had more than enough with 1m, I even had some big left over pieces.
I used a printed rayon with nice fall.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
