Description

Wrap Skirt perfect for the spring that has yet to come to NY. I shortened the skirt length from a Heather Ross pattern. I love the contrasting tie facing.

Material Notes

Great bright floral print from the Westminster Ginseng Collection by Joel Dewberry. 100% Cotton.

I like the thickness of the tie at the waist. Great fabric for this style of skirt.
