Wrap-Around Tie Top is based on a short sleeve wrap dress I purchased a few years ago. The fabric I used, in deep red, is a two-way soft stretch knit that hangs beautifully. Each tie is attached to each front panel. I made a buttonhole at the waist between front right side panel and the back at the seam; I then crochet a belt loop and attached it at the waist to the outside seam between left side panel and the back. It ties on the left side at waist.
