Wool Trench

Added Feb 28, 2012

by mkreinders

Milwaukee, Wisco...

Trench made with the popular McCalls 5525 pattern. I found it really well drafted with good directions. Took forever but I am happy with the outcomes. Love the fit and will add buttons after I am done being pregnant ;)

Material Notes

Tan Wool with Crepe de Chine lining. Plastic pocket buttons from Mood. Sew in muslin (for interfacing). Cool old metal belt buckle that could be classified as a lucky find!

Lovely, lovely work. I think that belt buckle is the perfect icing on an already gorgeous cake! Your seams look so neat, and the lining is so cute!
