I’ve been wanting to make this Larissa #6032 for a looong time and was very much inspired by another member’s interpretation on the pattern. I also inserted two pieces of quilted panels just to give it an edge but still keep the jacket pretty much minimal as possible. I haven’t used many of the extra details found in the Larissa pattern as seen in pics, no pockets either…was actually thinking dropping the zipper also but it would have been just very impractical without them.
Anyways…I had a hard time with the pattern and sewing in general but VERY happy with the final item :)
I’m currently working on a pair of pants or maybe skirt with the jacket from the same material…will update later x
Ps.: My dummy is way too big so the jacket sits a bit too tight on her…time to loose weight Trudy.
Wool blend or other fabrics with some body.

oh my need a double favorite button…been looking at the Helmut by Helmut Lang relaxed fabric biker style jackets and thinking….surely that is doable…and hear you have it a very similar version. Love everything about this and those arm panels are great!

Thank you so much :) you made my day! It is actually doable but some skills are def needed for this project. There are things I need to learn such as attaching the collar more accurately, zips etc but it is a very good project to practice and progress if you’re a beginner like myself. Try, it looks super cool on!
