For months I’ve been consumed, preparing my project for an event at the Palm Springs Art Museum which took place on Jan. 13. Now that it’s over I don’t’ know what I’ll do with all my time except get back to posting on Burda. My project included several skill sets: sewing, paper crafts, floral crafts, clay crafts, computer design, and painting. The museum challenged 3 designers to transform an ordinary stacking chair into something artistic, and we had to do it in front of an audience. Woodland Perch was my concept. The event was a unique and memorable experience. I posted step-by-step photos of my creation on my blog if you care too see how it was done.
