I intended to make this skirt for fall, but having a long queue of projects and not being in the mood of doing anything (first trimester fatigue), I postponed this project until now.
The skirt is a half circle, 45 cm long. The ruffles are 10 cm wide strips of tulle, placed ~5 cm apart. I ruffled the tulle as I sewn, a lot faster than making the ruffles first and then attach them.
It could be used as a petticoat.

My favourite bit is the yoke. I may use that on one of my projects.
