My jeans and other pants have increasingly become tighter and tighter as my tummy grows and it is such a relief to put on a comfortable pair of pants like these! I made these white linen pants recently – I’ve seen pants like these with a cotton knit band at the top in the non-maternity part of the clothing store and these cost a fraction of the price to sew. They are cut from a friend’s pair of pants and I copied the front pockets from another pair of linen pants I have. I made the tummy band too long – next time I will shorten it. I now want to make a black pair.
