Hey:) Women already know how it is… you’re going for studies, work or shopping and need capacious, well-made, nice bag. But no way! These in the shops are great but not to carry too much things, they get damaged too quickly. And I had this problem, and was bored looking for sth perfect for all necessities. BUT! I found in the second-hand [as always!] beatutiful floral vintage courtain. As you know I made from this my skirt and from the leftovers I made this bag:) Actually it’s my first bag so well-made, I paid attention to every detail..well, maybe not to lining:) As you can see it has pocket for mobile inside and strenghtened bottom. And I didn’t use any pattern, it’s just my imagination:)
vintage curtain, old brown skirt, some fabric for lining, zipper, leather belt for the bottom I used some king of cardboard, I'm not sure what it really is, I got it from another bag

Nice bag, I like the design and it s also well done:)) As for the lining, what I realized making them is that it s better if it s smaller than the outside fabric specially the upper part. Did you use any instructions for the zipper? I followed one I found on web (I added it as a link with black cat bag) but I needed to modify it a bit.

Thank you very much:) As to the lining the only problem for me was that I was a little bit too short and so I can’t cover all the zipper nicely from the inside. Actually now it isn’t visible:) And I make the bottom of lining like the bag-gathered it, to make it puffy and capacious. BTW the zipper, once I saw my grandma sewing the zipper, I learned, so no problem. But thatnk anyway for your instructions:) Greets
