Description

I have made 3 of these. The first was made of tweed and I gave it to a wheelchair user, as it keeps her back warm and wraps round her knees plus there are no cuffs to catch on the wheels. The next was for a friend who goes to watch football matches and she wraps her hands in it ! This one , shown here, is made of fleece – which washes so well. If it is very cold I sometimes wear it over my dressing gown !

Material Notes

Requires 1m 60cm of 120cm wide ( or thereabouts ). Fleece or warm woolen fabrics. Finish with blanket stitch or hem and zig-zag stitch. Can even put pockets on the front !
One picture shows the layout and cutting of the front/ neckline.
