Description
This jacket is from a burda style free pattern- I found the pattern instructions terrible and will not be using theres again ! This is still having alterations , i made it a bit big but it can be tied up with a sash or belt and i will be putting a button on it! I alterd to pattern as i was putting it together, inspired by these images from vogue september issue “More dash, than cash” I am starting my autumm winter wardrobe. I think i will make this pattern again in another fabric, somthing that keeps its shape a bit more, This one is linned purple so i can roll up the sleeves for a diffrent look, i love the fact you can do lots of diffrent things with it, it is not perfect but for my first jacket/blazer i like it!- May do a navy one or a grey one.
Please tell me what you think :)
Material Notes
Black cotton drill & purple linning.

it looks great, especially for a first attempt at a structured jacket. perhaps you could post your own version of the instructions for those of us that would like to try this pattern without the hassle of poor instructions!??! : )
