Description
I bought this material over the summer, then left my poor sewing machine at home as I left for college..Now that I’m home, I’m catching up on all the projects that I’ve been dreaming of. This is based off of a skirt that I tried on in forever 21 and didn’t feel like paying that much for.

Wow sorry to reply so late! I traced a plain pencil skirt that I already had, and then added in pleats, and drafted a waistband. If that makes any sense.
