    Awesome concept! Oddly enough, (if you are a daring dresser, of course) I think you could probably wear this as like a corsety-type thing over either a pencil-skirt & tank, or a body-con type dress! OR under a full-skirt to give it some lift.

    Waow! amazing! Probabely unwearable as it is, but inspiring! reminds me of a Azzedine Alai pleated skirt.
