Here’s a little treat for all you darling people heading into spring – my very first self-drafted top!
I sewed this back in September but took a really long time to post it here, because you know life happens…
Anyway, this little top is rather simple. The front is just a plain front – Boat neck, side zip and some darts at the sides
But then you turn around and that’s where the magic is
At the back we have first of all a lovely big bow, which is detachable. Underneath that is a crossed strap back. I drafted the facings up for the front and back but the crossed straps are just folded fabric.
When spring comes back around I think I shall make dress version (maxi length maybe?)
