For a party- used upholstery remnants for the bodices, the blue /green one has a skirt of silk faille that happened to be waiting for a use, the black and yellow one was just the bodice with an old Christian Lacroix silk skirt.
The pattern used for this project was Burda #6038 Wiesn Dirndl.
Used snaps instead of the working buttons and then added rows of buttons to the bodice- braid wrapped around the buttons to make it look like actual lacing.
