A very easy top to add a bit of sparkle to plain jeans. This was the first top I ever attempted – I only got my sewing machine in December 07.
Not sure - it's stretchy and has silver lurex thread running through it.

Is this a dolman sleeve or set in? The shirt is great.

Sorry, I used Burda 7866! I’ve only just started sewing so thought I’d best learn the basics first before I start making my own patterns. But it’s actually really easy – just a big T shape cut on the fold with a hole in the middle for your head, then a front yoke and back yoke attached at the waist, and a tie belt to cover the seam.

Ooooooh, I LIKE this a LOT. So you’re saying you made the pattern for this yourself? If you’re willing to share, i;d love to see a how to!

Thanks! I wore it to a works party and everyone was very surprised to learn I’d made it myself, which I think was a compliment!
